In this section you will find a multitude of examples. It is stressed that these examples are not intended to show the most suitable way to analyse a specific set of data, or a specific type of assay or substance. Rather, these examples should be regarded as offering a range of possible approaches to configure CombiStats for your specific needs or preferences.

Category I: Examples from the European Pharmacopoeia. The examples in this category are taken from chapter 5.3 of the European Pharmacopoeia (Statistical analysis of results of biological assays and test). These examples can be used to check that CombiStats is able to perform calculations according to the guidance given in the European Pharmacopoeia. It can be instructive to browse through these examples and study the various approaches. You may combine ideas from different examples to suit your needs. It is stressed that CombiStats implements more general models than covered by the text in the European Pharmacopoeia. The models described in the European Pharmacopoeia represent only a subset of possible models in CombiStats. Output produced with CombiStats can therefore not automatically be assumed to be in agreement with the European Pharmacopoeia.

Category II: More examples. In this section you will find a collection of additional examples that you might use to select a template or combine ideas from different examples. In some cases they are a variation on the examples in the European Pharmacopoeia. In other cases they are real-life examples from routine situations. More examples are expected to be added in the future.
